SEER2
SEER2 stands for Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio and applies to cooling efficiency for central air conditioners and heat pumps. The higher the SEER2, the greater the energy economy.
EER2
The Energy Efficiency Ratio (EER2) calculates the energy the unit uses to function. It can be found by dividing a unit’s BTU output by its wattage, and the high EER2 rating means a more efficient air conditioner, so the higher the better.

HSPF2
Heat pumps heat your home using electricity as their fuel source, and their efficiency is measured as Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF2). The higher the HSPF2, the greater the efficiency and the greater your energy savings potential.

Zones
A single-zone ductless system heats or cools one specific area with a single indoor unit, while a multi-zone system connects multiple indoor units to one outdoor unit, allowing for individualized climate control in different rooms or zones.

No Hassle Warranty
If compressor, coil or heat exchanger fails due to defect during the applicable No Hassle Replacement limited warranty time period, a one-time replacement with a comparable unit will be provided.
1Quietest size within each model group during low fan-speed operation
2If properly registered within ninety (90) days after original installation, parts are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of 10 years. Otherwise, parts warranty is 5 years. For other applications a 7-year parts and 7-year compressor limited warranties apply. See warranty certificate for details.
3No Hassle Replacement™ Limited Warranty: If compressor, coil or heat exchanger fails due to defect during the applicable No Hassle Replacement limited warranty time period, a one-time replacement with a comparable unit will be provided.
